Applying for Enrolment at Ming-De International School

Step 1 - Application

For domestic student enrolment, complete the online application form at the bottom, please ensure you have the following available (PDF format):

• a copy of your child’s birth certificate;
• a copy of last two school reports (if applicable);
• a copy of most recent NAPLAN results (if applicable);
• a copy of medical and/or learning plans (if applicable);
• a copy of immunisation history available from MyGov;
• a copy of court orders and/or parenting plans (if applicable);
• the non-refundable Application Fee of $50.00 (per application); and
• any additional documents requested on the application form.

Step 2 - Interview

Soon after your application for enrolment has been submitted, we will contact you to arrange an interview with the Principal or senior staff member for you and your child. If the interview is successful, we will make an offer of a place at Ming-De International School Toowoomba which will be confirmed in writing.

Step 3 - Offer Acceptance

Accept the offer made by returning the Enrolment Contract and payment of the non-refundable registration fee of $300 by the due date provided, to secure your child’s place at Ming-De International School Toowoomba.  

We will confirm in writing that your place has been secured for entry in the year nominated. We recommend you retain a copy of your child’s Enrolment Contract for your records.

Payments can be made by eftpos, credit card or direct deposit.
