Working with the Principal, the Management Team is dedicated to upholding the utmost standards of excellence in both operating systems and educational programs. This team functions as the senior management structure of the school, ensuring that day-to-day activities are carried out effectively while providing leadership and collaborating closely with the internal community.
Ming-De staff apply a team approach to all we do with teachers and management working in collaboration at all times, utilising their mix of cultural understanding and experience to create a conducive learning environment that facilitates the development of all students. All take personal and collective responsibility for improving student learning and wellbeing, working together and learning from each other’s practices, knowledge and skills.
